100 word summary of 2D programme
What does the future hold for graphic communication in today's fast-changing communications environment? Dutch graphic design and typography have a worldwide reputation for creativity and in-depth technical expertise, but they nonetheless face a period of change. How will they meet the demands of a generation immersed in information delivered by multiple media? What demands do tomorrow's literacies place on the skills of graphic design, typography, and illustration? The 2D programme is about the processes and contexts of visual communication - not only about books, magazines, posters, packaging and so on as objects.
